TERMS & CONDITIONS — AUREL

We are committed to providing a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience at Aurel. By placing an order with us via Facebook or Instagram, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions. All purchases are considered final once payment is made.

🛒 ORDER CONFIRMATION

  • Orders will only be processed after full payment is received and verified.

  • Due to fast processing, customers are advised to double-check all order details before payment.

  • Aurel reserves the right to automatically cancel unpaid orders without notice.

  • All items (including pre-order and ready stock) are subject to availability.

💳 PAYMENT POLICY

  • Full payment must be made within 24 hours after placing an order.

  • Orders will be automatically cancelled if payment is not received within the stipulated time.

  • Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully verified.

  • All sales are final upon payment confirmation.

📦 PRODUCT STATUS

  • Ready Stock: Items will be processed and shipped within 3-7 working days after payment confirmation.

  • Pre-Order Items: Will be shipped according to the estimated timeline stated at the time of purchase. Delays may occur due to supplier or production factors.

  • If a ready stock item and pre-order item are purchased together, ready stock items may be shipped first, while pre-order items will follow once available.

🚚 SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • West Malaysia: RM8 (Free shipping above RM250)

  • East Malaysia: RM12 (first 1kg) + RM6.80 per additional 0.5kg

  • We are not responsible for any delays caused by courier services once parcels have been shipped.

  • Tracking numbers will be provided once orders are dispatched.

BOUNCED PARCELS

  • Customers will be contacted via email should we receive any bounced parcels bearing their name.

  • Cost for re-delivery will be borne by the customer. Aurel will bear the cost of re-delivery if it is deemed as an error on our part. Details regarding the re-delivery will be provided in the email sent to the customer.

  • Aurel reserves the right to deny any request to combine the bounced back parcels with any new orders.

  • Any unclaimed bounced back parcels after a 30 days grace period will be forfeited.


🔄 EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Exchange is only allowed for wrong items received or manufacturing defects.

  • Requests must be made within 3 days after receiving the parcel.

  • Items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags attached).

  • An unboxing video (continuous and unedited) is required as proof for any claim.

  • Claims without valid proof will not be accepted.

  • No refunds or exchanges are allowed for wrong size selection, colour preference, or change of mind after shipment.

  • Sale or discounted items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

  • Return Shipping costs - Borne by Buyer

  • The return parcel is under customers' responsibility and Aurelis not liable for any any lost return parcel/ additional taxes incurred for return parcels.

PRODUCTS

  • Colors of products may differ due to color calibration of individual's computer and it might appear darker in reality due to strong studio lighting used.

  • Measurements provided on each of the products are in maximum stretch.
    A difference of 1cm-2cm between the item(s) received from what which was provided for in our given measurements may not be considered as a defect.

  • For printed items, the prints may vary in terms of symmetry/alignment/slight color patches for each piece and return due to this reason is not considered a defect.

  • Users are adviced to double check on the product measurements as different design may fit differently.

  • Colour may transfer onto other garments, upholstery and bags. Do take note whenever necessary.

  • Aurel do not offer return or refund if product is not handled as per instructed in product details.


✏️ ORDER MODIFICATION POLICY

  • Before shipment only: Customers may request changes in size or colour, subject to stock availability.

  • Once the order has been shipped, no modifications are allowed under any circumstances.

  • No cancellations are allowed after payment has been confirmed.

❌ RETURN & REFUND POLICY

  • No refunds will be issued for wrong size, colour difference, or change of mind.

  • All sales are considered final upon payment confirmation.

📦 PARCEL INSPECTION

  • Customers are required to record a full unboxing video without cuts or edits for any claims.

  • Claims without valid proof will not be entertained.

  • Please check the parcel condition before disposing of the packaging.

⚠️ ORDER MODIFICATION & CANCELLATION

  • No cancellation is allowed after shipment.

  • No changes (size, colour, or item) are allowed once the order is placed.

🔐 PRIVACY POLICY

  • Customer information is collected solely for order processing, shipping, and customer service purposes.

  • We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties except logistics partners required for delivery.
